'Got a 1 bedroom villa in building #2 with ocean view, large balcony and that was great but the room itself smelled old and moldy, very dark kitchen. It was also noisy in the mornings (construction, restaurant, maintenance). Had to change rooms due to original room wasn't clean properly. Second room could have been cleaned better as well (bathroom sinks, kitchen sink, dishes had a strong smell of cascade detergent)
Upon check in, was asked to join some hyatt club presentation the next day...

'Great spot. Amazing views and very nice accommodations. Only issue is they blasted music 8pm -2am on a Saturday and no one would sleep.
Wayyyy too late and too loud!! Unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. '

'Staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. They made me feel super welcomed and at home. I was so sad to leave but I will be back! My room was exactly what it said it would be. A private jet tub with an ocean view. The property is in a private beach, so the ocean waves brings all the peace and vacation vibes. The pool options are endless. I believe there was 3 pool options in each side of the property. There's also a separate adult's only pool 😉 Personally I only really ate breakfast on...
