'The most unprofessional staff I have ever come across in the hospitality industry. Especially reception, reservations & importantly reception manager. Ifor a so call five star all inclusive resort, they don’t deliver. No hot water twice during our stay, pool service was a joke that’s if you could land a deck chair. 'It is a gorgeous property with a beautiful beach and nice, warm pools. The room was great and had an amazing ocean view. Staff was nice and courteous. However, I was very displeased with 2 things: 1) housekeeping didn't come to clean the room - we had to request several times before we had a cleaning on day 2 but day 3, again no one came. 'Spent my birthday there. Excellent customer service, pools were spectacular overlooking the ocean and the hot tub is very relaxing. Room was very clean and includes a washer/dryer. Restaurant delightful and they presented a birthday cake to surprise me.'
