'We had a great time. The highlight was our butler Victor. He was absolutely the best we could have imagined!!! Our room was pristine, restocked frequently, with crisp white linen, turn down service, and wonderful pillows. The buffet, sushi, tepoanyaki, Mexican, Poseidon and pizza are all fabulous! 'The customer service was excellent, with all staff members being friendly. The food was decent, and the lazy river pool was particularly amazing, where we spent the majority of our time. The beach was clean and the water was clear, except for some sargassum. All in all, it's a resort I'd happily visit again.'
