'Excellent location within walking distance of light rail (fast to Chicago city center), parks, shopping, and the industry museum. The kitchen was very functional and bathroom was is good order. Beds were made with plenty of pillows. Only negative was some of walls were scuffed up and the washing machine's in another area of the building. If you're taking a car, the street parking can be challenging. Otherwise, very good.'

'This listing has a claim of sleeping 4. It does not. There is one queen bed and one air mattress. The only space to put the air mattress down is the middle of the living room if you rearrange. If you're looking for cute and clean it may be a bit lacking as the wall in the bathroom is patched from some recent debacle but not sanded or painted and the building on a whole is kept up, but not super clean. It seems a bunch of young adults may occupy the surrounding apartments coming and going at...

'Everything was nice per the price. The property is located in very accessible place to all commodities at a few minutes walk. The lift seemed very old and thus made me feel anxious that I may get stuck into it. For this reason, I would use stairs to 3rd floor everytime.'

I was in town for work and excited to find a reasonably priced space with good ratings and walking distance to the conference. Shame on me for not verifying the ratings. However, upon our late arrival we could not enter the building because the entrance keypad was broken. The host did respond to my message promptly, letting us know about an emergency lockbox.
