'Had to move rooms because of the train but that was my fault for not doing better research on the property. Stayed in a room facing the garden side and it was fine as far as train noise. Rooms were nice and clean and beds comfy. We had some issues with the air and shower in room 218. Hopefully they get it fixed for the next people. Breakfast was ok. More options for breakfast would be nice. Great location and close to bars and restaurants.'

'This apartment was perfect for my needs while I was taking part in 2 athletic events in Des Moines. My scheduled travel partner was not able to attend leaving me as a single female. With codes to external & internal doors and a quiet building and neighborhood, I felt very safe. I was even able to shelter in the basement gym, during a tornado alert.
