'The location of the hotel is perfect! Located in brickell so you’re close to alot of hot spots. The people at the front desk were very kind and tried to help in whatever way they could. The communication between the front desk and housekeeping and other parts of the hotel is unfortunately not the best! We had to request for the same things more than twice. Some people of the housekeeping team did not speak English which made it hard to communicate :( Overall a 7/10 stay'

'The accomodation is well located, opposite the beach and close to restaurants other than on the boulevard. Rooms are not that big but quiet. You need a room with the aircondition high at the wall of the room and not on the floor next to your bed. The service of the personnel is excellent. The restaurant serves a high quality of food and distuingishes positively compared to many other restaurants on the ocean drive. '
