'The view & access to Clearwater Beach was outstanding! Closeness to several cute places to dine was great! I was disappointed on how dated the unit was & would have appreciated a better cleaning! Was concerned that there was no outside lock to one of the bedrooms on the third floor which could be easy for someone in Unit 1 to access! Overall enjoyed the view & the beautiful sunsets!'

'We really enjoyed staying, just for one night, in this home. The beach lovers enjoyed the beach. The weather could have been more cooperative, but, that's mother nature. You never know what you will get. Overall, nice place to stay. As far as telling people to wash there dish items is fine, but you really need to tell your cleaing service to check to make sure they have cleaned them. Some of the coffee cups had to be washed before they could be used and 1 coffee pot was very dirty. It is clean...

'Very clean! Within walking distance to pretty much everything. A lot of attractions close by. The best part was sitting in the balcony watching the dolphins play every morning and every night. Would definitely book this again!!!! Property manager also responded very quickly to messages. The only bad thing I can see is we had to leave and come back to gloom and cold Kentucky.'

'Thank you very much to the host for sending the check-in instructions in a timely and clear manner. The house is as seen in the photos, we only have a few observations, the mattresses are not in good condition, the cleaning has details (dirty on the carpets, under the beds and blinds) and the house is a bit dark. However, it worked perfect for us, we needed the house to sleep, it is located close to many establishments. Thank you so much'

'We LOVED this house. So much space for our family! We had adults and children of all ages and we had everything we needed right down to the pack n play, baby seats and sand toys! Great location with easy access to a quiet beach. The host was also quick to respond to questions. We will definitely be back again!'

'We enjoyed our family vacation to Tampa. We are a very active family and the location of this property was close to the beaches and other activities we had planned. The house was spacious and we loved having access to the chairs, wagon, and cooler. Our children also enjoyed having the pool and used it almost every night of our stay. We would stay there again!'

'This house was perfect for our stay and had all the amenities you could need! The beds were comfy and the decor looks even better in person. The pool was nice as well. Bonus is easy access to the beach in a great neighborhood. Highly recommend and would stay again!'

'Joe's beach home was perfect for us! It was very homey, super clean, had comfortable beds and was loaded with all the beach gear we needed. And it's just a short walk to an awesome dog friendly beach. Finally, Joe was wonderful helping us with our stay and available anytime we needed him. We'll be back!'

'Great place for a couple or small family. Everything you need for a fun time at the beach! Kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook there. 2 block walk to the beach. Tons of great restaurants close by! We would stay there agin in a minute! Host is awesome.'

'This home has everything you need. It’s quaint and cozy with so much room in the back yard. Mornings were perfect in the back yard to lounge and wait for the sun to rise. Whatever you need for the beach, you will find here, including a golf cart and a beach wagon. It’s a 3 min walk to the beach and close to many great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.'

'Hotelshuttle vanuit het hotel goed geregeld. Vriendelijke ontvangst. De suite ruim, maar helaas was het toilet kapot. Gezien late aankomst geen monteur meer aanwezig. Aanbod een andere suite. Gezien dat wij moe waren van de reis en we verbleven er maar 1 nacht, het maar zo gelaten. Zou een extra notitie van gemaakt worden! Helaas volgende ochtend weer opnieuw moeten melden, niets bekend van een notitie!'

'Mooi hotel in een baai , zwembad plus poolbar , nadeel je had geen strand en je kon niet de zee in allemaal rotsen , op de foto leek dat er een klein strandje was gemaakt en dat je daar het water in kon , helaas was dat niet zo !!!! '
