'Visiting our son for a few days in Ottawa. More convenient to stay across the river in Gat than Downtown Ottawa. From check in to check out, it was great. Lobby & our room was updated. Husband forgot to clean out a dresser drawer full of clothes, which I called about it the next day, when I discovered it. Housekeeping did have them, thankfully I was able to have them picked up. I was a tad disappointed that staff didn't didn't reach out to me when they were discovered the day before....'

'Prima hotel voor een nacht. Het bed is aan de kleine kant (ik heb liever een queen size dan een tweepersoonsbed). De badkamer, in 2 gedeeltes, is ruim en schoon. Het ontbijt was ook prima met brood/bagels, muffins, mini-waffels, fruit, gekookte eieren. Ik miste alleen scrambled eggs en bacon, maar dat is omdat ik moeilijk doe ;-).'

'There’s almost no traffic next to the hotel, no confusion about where to park. Easy access. Rooms were ok. Only the view was not what we expected. Still a very good place to be. 'Our beds were good, our room was great & very unique . The Construction materials everywhere made for some very unsafe areas, trip hazards . Staff were really nice & helpful except the breakfast waitress . She was very rude to everyone, I usually tip really well, she got $0. I will go back again, overall we enjoyed it. It will be nice when the renovation is done. '

'The hotels close by and in Ottawa where to expensieve by the time we wanted to book. We didn't mind to drive a few km extra to go to the city centre. Restaurants and supermarkt close to the motel and very quiet at night so we had a good sleep. Staff was very welcoming and nice.'
