'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

'The one thing that really disappointed me about this place is that their listing on Hotels.com mentions an airport shuttle, but on arrival they tell me to take a taxi, as they 'do not do airport transfers'. As I specifically picked a non-chain hotel that -did- have an airport shuttle, this led to my stay costing USD 80 more than anticipated. 'The room was great! Very clean and comfortable. Navigating around the building was complicated (signs would be nice), and the elevator and halls weren’t always the most tidy. Location was perfect. Easy access to coffee shop, within walking distance to College Park Center. Would stay here again. '
