'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

La vue depuis la piscine est super jolie ! Très bonne salade servie à la piscine ! Le top c'est d'avoir la navette à disposition qui vous emmène au centre ville et revient vous chercher gratuitement !'

Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. Nicely furnished rooms (many of them themed) and movie memorabilia make the hotel my favourite place to stay in Dallas '

'The one thing that really disappointed me about this place is that their listing on Hotels.com mentions an airport shuttle, but on arrival they tell me to take a taxi, as they 'do not do airport transfers'. As I specifically picked a non-chain hotel that -did- have an airport shuttle, this led to my stay costing USD 80 more than anticipated. The only response from the staff was weak apologies and an offer to call a taxi. After complaining online, the hotel said they might, with advance notice,...

'This is a unique property. No front desk. Must register and do all the approvals prior to showing up. Must be able to climb steps of on second floor. But, the room was great, had all the amenities, was clean, and was appointed. I liked my stay. '

'The room was very clean organized and big. They made sure that all my entry codes worked went we got there. They had plenty of towels coffee sugar creamer and tea so we wouldn’t have to be asking for it. '

'The room was great! Very clean and comfortable. Navigating around the building was complicated (signs would be nice), and the elevator and halls weren’t always the most tidy. Location was perfect. Easy access to coffee shop, within walking distance to College Park Center. Would stay here again. '

'The management is responsive and attentive, which makes living here a lot smoother. The property itself is updated with modern finishes and well‑maintained common areas, giving it a fresh and welcoming feel. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to call home.'

'Toilet was leaking, management fixed immediately. No issues other than a muggy room not a lot of air circulation so clothes began to smell mildewy. Kitchenette and refrigerator were in perfect condition. Really no complaints after check in. Room was clean, safe convenient location.'

The apartment doesn't get cleaned properly I found an airport tag from June under my nightstand zero Internet n couldn't watch anything on the TV in the living room the area was ok really close to lots of things n activities.... Food crumbs in the master bedroom nightstand water leaking in the master bathroom looks like they just go do beds not...
