'Cool, historic inn in a beautiful part of Charleston. Richard was a gracious host, and we enjoyed wine and charcuterie on the porch. A note re: our room. We booked a room that was on the "ground" floor, which was more or less the basement or carriage house floor. It was fine, but I envisioned something a little different. Also, as we were drifting off to sleep, there was a sound in the walls that sounded like scratching...almost like an animal was in the walls. But, all in all, we enjoyed...

'We enjoyed staying at Waters Edge. Everything was great. Only issue was the TV didn’t work. I think the service was out. Otherwise we really enjoyed the room as well as the breakfast! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful.'

'I am dreaming of when I can stay again! Absolutely exceptional service, accommodations, and offerings. My friend and I rode their bikes around Old Village, ate an amazing dinner on site, and took our nightcaps up to our room. We were impressed by the comfort of the beds, cleanliness, and the above and beyond service (ex: breakfast in bed!). Thank you, Post House!'

'We loved our stay. Everything was perfect and the bed was super comfy. Great location. Never needed to move the car - we could walk to all of the stores and dining. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again '

'We loved our stay at Bijou! The room was clean and the service was amazing. Overall, the location was good. It was close to king street, market street and many good bars and restaurants. Our only problem was the inn was in between two horse tour barns so outside the inn smelled bad from the horses. However, there was no smell inside the room or the lobby. Overall amazing stay and we would come back. '

'This stay checked the two most important boxes for a hotel stay--comfotable accomodations and pleasant staff. We checked in about 1/2 an hour early and the front desk staff and housekeeping worked to make it possible and were extremely personable and pleasant. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were some of the most comfortable hotel beds I've experienced and obviously freshly cleaned. The bathroom fixtures were spotless, but the fan was overdue for a good vacuum....
