'Nice and cozy home, great location to Rehoboth Beach and had everything we needed!'

'My family was looking for a place for just one day and this condo was perfect. Immaculately clean and well stocked. We were close to the beach and easy access to lots of great food options. '

'The proximity to the boardwalk and ocean is excellent (steps away). The unit itself has a good amount of space for 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Some things we experienced that we did not expect from reading the listing: 1. Bathrooms are worn showing lots of wear and tear, peeling paint and chipping toilet seats. 2. Mattress in primary bedroom is uncomfortable. 3. And most importantly, entry to the unit is through an alley behind several food merchants — your entry and exit requires passage by...

'Beautiful place to stay. I will be staying at the Lokal again. Short walk to beach, stores, restaurants....perfect location. If we needed anything, just a text away. Place was clean and I especially loved the heated pool. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Washer and dryer was a plus. We stayed with 5 people and having two bathrooms was a dream come true:) Thank you for a nice time away. '

'The studio was just right for two people. Walking in was welcoming and cozy. Love the style of the decor. The deep tub with a shower head that lit up and had great water pressure. The view from the balcony was spectacular to watch the sunrise. I would go back again. Thank you . '

'Very clean! Messaging was easy and received reply very quickly! Building manager/lobby person was very friendly and helpful! Location was great. We walked with a wagon for groceries and drove to beach. Not able to walk to beach as we carried a lot for the day but you can very well walk if not taking much. Great experience!'

'Loved the location and the Apartment setup was nice but the manager was slow to respond and the linens were not clean. There were crumbs in the bed and the tub wasn’t very clean. I washed the dishes I used and took out the trash out as requested. I left it cleaner than when I arrived. Also, there was a good bit of street noise and sirens.'
