'This place was perfect! Exactly as pictured - even better!! We stayed for a family wedding and could not be happier with the size and layout of the house and the property location in regards to all major attractions in Central Florida! The place was immaculate and well-stocked! The rooms were very comfortable and big - the many bathrooms were so nice. Next door is a gator attraction with a pub and gift shop - highly highly recommend - especially the boat tours!! We would DEFINITELY stay here...

'Hard to rate this because we didn't stay. We arrived at the location with zero information on check-in, other than the address. We reached out to the owner and heard nothing, and the voicemail was full and out texts went unanswered. The property had people going in and out of the main house, but no one came out to check with us. Reached out to VRBO customer service and they got us moved to another spot for our trip. Neighborhood was nice and seemed quiet. '

'The location was perfect. Super clean house - we totally appreciated the little extras. Comfy beds, perfect amount of space for our family. I spent quite a bit of time in the house as I worked from home some while we were there. Quiet neighborhood, very appreciative of how quickly the owner was to respond to any questions. Will be back every year for our daughter’s competition and want to book this property every time! Yuki is super sweet!'

'This was a great place for us. We were able to bring our dog and enjoyed lots of shady trails to walk him. The pool was clean and quiet. The beach access was easy. The unit was well stocked with kitchen equipment for cooking. The only problem was the guest bathroom which clogged easily. Fortunately there was a plunger to clear it with. We also had some misunderstanding about the WiFi connection code as it was misspelled in the text we received and the check out time was told as 11:00 and 10:00....

'This is truly a home away from home. We loved our stay. The screened on porch is a cocktail haven. The beautiful fenced in yard a super bonus. You can walk anywhere - to nature, museums, bars, bakeries, the thrifty, park ave...the bank where ever. Loved it so much! Thank you Tony for sharing your lovely space.'

'The property was in perfect condition and had everything you would need for your stay. If was very clean and the location was central to the beach and just a quick Uber ride to downtown NSB. Looking forward to staying here again!'

'The location was handy. We did Universal, Kennedy Space center and an airboat tour. Check in very smooth. It exceeded our expectations. They truly thought of everything. Very welcoming with extra little touches that made you feel at home. 5 stars is not enough. We give it 10!'
