'The Hotel was absolutely fabulous & certainly lived up to expectations , We had a suite on the 14th floor . The Housekeeping was brilliant & the suite was extremely comfortable . The staff could not have been more professional , helpful & informative . I cannot name them all but Barbara on Reception . Sergio & Zak in the Lex Bar & as we were celebrating a birthday we booked a table in the upstairs area of the Lex Bar & had the most beautiful meal . Nicely cooked & well presented & our server...

Fantastisch! '

'Prima verblijf in gezinskamer (met pubers). Net hotel en prima ligging. '

'Hotel San Carlos was a perfect place for us to start our daily trips to discover New York. Walking distance of all the attractions and shops in midtown on a relatively quiet place. Service in the hotel is perfect. We would come again with a next Visit. '

'Rooms are modern, well maintained, spacious and clean. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, requests and complaints are handled really well and quick. Location is great, it is close to many popular attractions in New York.'

'Location was excellent. '

'Prima kamer, smalle bedden. Bij aankomst € $45,- per dag extra betalen. Dat stond nergens vermeld.'

'I had a wonderful experience at William Hotel. The service was outstanding from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and everything was clean and organized throughout my stay. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access nearby attractions, restaurants, and...

'Locatie was top!

Aanrader '

'Zeer vriendelijk personeel en super goede locatie'

'Only issue was possibly thin walls, as a seemingly drunk individual was being very loud after midnight outside my room, but my roommates seem to think he was in the hallway and that therefore the walls themselves are not actually thin and problematic.'

'I stay at this hotel every time I'm in NYC. Nice and clean. '
