'I loved my first stay at this hotel so much that I returned for another visit, and I was thrilled to find the experience was just as perfect the second time around. This is a fantastic, modern hotel, but it's the team that makes it truly special. 'When we chrcked in the lady at the counter was not very friendly and helpful. We had to pay a deposit, but my creditcard did not work. She told me 2 times that it did not work, but did not help me at all. And every time we passed her in the next days and greeted her, she didn't say anything back. Luckily the other people were friendly and helpful. The room and the bed were great. It was a pity that the windows could not be opened, I like to sleep with te windows open. '
