'We booked the biggest room they had a king suite with sitting room with couch about 725 sqft , room was very nice but ac unit in bedroom wasn't working , went to office guy came to room said put ac on high in sitting room it will cool, after z hour it was hot as hell in room , went to office they said thats the only room like that they had , well youll have to give me another room, they gave me a regular room with 2 beds way smaller and he wouldn't reduce rent for smaller room said we have...

'Enjoyed visit'

'We come here 2 to 3 times a year . Theres alot that has changed and not for the good. The restaurant we went to half cracked was full with not enough servers we had to wait over a hour and the restaurant didn't have half of what we ordered. Then we booked a cabana our server was horrible and we didn't get all the amenities the cabana came with. Not happy with this visit. We had issues with the AC in the room and the safe and phones were not working. We will see if we return.'

'Front desk staff was very helpful!! This boutique hotel has a restaurant on the first floor and a rooftop bar that also serves food. Good view of the river and sunset from the rooftop. Room was very clean with separate tub and shower. Very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again'
