Cons: Undisclosed fees I was asked to pay upon checkin even when I messaged hotel/mgmt/owner? on Expedia platform weeks before to doublecheck and was told no additional $! It should clearly state "pay at property $xx amount" like my other expedia bookings. Expedia resolved it after escalation.'

'It is a beautiful property and our unit was spectacular. It had the best balcony view of the ocean and pool area. The amenities in the unit were extremely helpful (ice chest, beach chairs, boogie boards). Communication and check in/check out is very easy! We will be back.'

'Very disappointed in the description of the room as a partial ocean view. The only way you could see the ocean was if you were to go on the balcony and walk to the far right corner and almost lean over the railing. I was able to contact the front desk and share my disappointment, and they were helpful in letting me look at two other room that actually had a partial ocean view. We were disappointed that the hotel did not have any other restaurants on the property except Dukes...but there were...

'Even though we booked under the montage name, the hotel met all standards even with new ownership. The property itself is one of the most magical places we have been. We are very excited to come back in the future with our family. '
