'Not impressed with this property. Carpet was wet under the thermostat (carpet was soaked). The mattress and sheets in the bed were also soaked. Called down to the front desk- let it ring, no answer. Went down to desk and the girl had attitude when I told her about the issues with my room. She snapped back and said she was cooking food for a guest- apparently she was the only person working. Moved to a new room, smelled like sewer gas. Will never stay here again.'

'Our room door would stick and was hard to open when we tried to go in and out. We had a chair in our room that was broken and I stopped at the front desk to let them know and they said it would get taken care of but no one came to give us a chair we could sit in. There was a sign saying they were going to replace the hallway carpet a month before we got there but it had not been changed and was loose and very easy to trip on. Their morning breakfast was outstanding and we enjoyed that very much...

'Checked in, went to my room to find someone in the bed, tiptoed out went to front desk to let them know, they apologized several times and gave me another room. Key card didn't work 2nd night and had to go get it reactivated. Room was very clean, well stocked!! Couldn't get the bathtub to drain. Slept great!!!!'

The bathroom, tub and shower were all clean and included a fresh smelling body wash. The pool area was huge and clean with plenty of towels and seating. 'Room appeared clean and bed was comfortable.Remote for tv did not work, but manager fixed it. Walls were thin and we could hear the tv and people in the room next to us. It was so loud we couldn’t sleep. The outdoor area is not clean or straightened up like it appears in the photos. The cushions were dirty with bird poop and stained, the furniture was askew, and the atmosphere was not relaxing…very noisy. The breakfast was disappointing.'
