'I have used the Cherry Valley Lodge, now the Cherry Valley hotel for several years. The hotel must be suffering from the lack of capital as the parking lot, sidewalks desperately need work, there are plants, weeds, or small trees, growing in some of the gutters at the top of the roof. I am told that food service is not that great. At one time the food was quite good. I had breakfast there three times and the food was filling and it was buffet style so I can’t really share much about the food....

'The staff were knowledgeable, cordial and inviting. The complimentary coffee was atrocious. The in room air conditioner blew only coolish air although it was on, set at 66°F and running when I checked in. The WIFI was very spotty and in & out. I was on the second floor, about halfway through the establishment.'

'Rooms are small and outdated. It’s a great location to the quant town, however the beds are uncomfortable, pillows lack definition and honestly expected better for it being such a popular spot'

'A great place staff was amazing free breakfast room was clean and if you wanna get out of the hustle and bustle of the taproom, they have a bar right there in the hotel, which was perfect for an night cap. They also served fresh baked cookies and a beer between 7 and 9 PM.'

'The self parking garage was closed without notice. Normally this wouldn't be an issue with valet service, however, the entire valet staff refused to park my car due to it being a stick shift. Therefore we were forced to park blocks away and walk to the hotel. When this was mentioned to the front desk they stated the valet service is a different company than the hotel and all they could do was comp breakfast.'
