'Room was clean and check-in was easy. Parking is right up front, which is nice. The air conditioner worked well, with a remote control to operate it. Furniture looks good and there is a nice refrigerator. A few things about room #11 needs mentioned: there is a ceiling fan, but no switch to turn it on. The bed is worn in the middle and sags into the center of the mattress; it was a quality mattress, and I am sure it was comfortable at one time, but the sagging made it hard to get a good night's...

'Unit was located at a busy street with many loud motorcycles as choppers and cars with extreme loud engines, as seems to be the culture in southern California. My sleep was interrupted many times because of this. At my request to relocate I only got an answer 4 days (and difficult nights) later. In the new unit the TV malfunctioned, the remote could only be used for changing the channel and not volume or even de-activate the TV. You had to do this with a button on the TV. TV itself did not work...

'If your flight is late, they will give your room to someone else after midnight. We didn’t arrive until 2 am and had to find somewhere else in the middle of the night to stay. 100/10 do not recommend.'

'The front desk staff were not at all helpful. I asked for extra pillows and blankets and I was told there are extra in the room. Didn’t help me other than that. When I went to the room I found there were extra pillows and no extra blanket. I happened to run into the maid and asked her to get it for me. If you’re looking forward to an easy arrival, get ready to wait in and In n Out line, just to enter the premises. Seriously?! You all know how long those lines are. Well, you’ll have to wait in...
