'Cute little space. Was a little freaked out when I discovered it was part of a larger house but it was very private. There’s no kitchen available. Did have a small fridge and coffee pot. Yard was kind of a mess but has a lot of potential to be nice! Has a nice back porch area. The neighborhood was a little sketchy as I’ve seen in all the reviews but it was okay. Jorge was very accommodating! Sent a message when we got in to find out how to adjust the air and he said he could do it for us...

'This is a fabulous property that is very central and easy to get to things. I ran along the river walk every day and I was attending a conference at the convention center and it was easy to get there. Highly recommend'
