'The apartment is in a perfect location, right along the Riverwalk - close to Pearl, and not too far of a walk to downtown. Our family loved the pool and the common area like the outdoor grills! The apartment is on the top floor, corner unit and very quiet. Beautiful view of the city skyline. Very clean unit with fun, vibrant decor. Luis and Mercedes were very responsive when we had a question/needed help. Will definitely stay there again when we go back to visit our son at college. '

'Beautiful, well located apartment. This cozy apartment is beautifully decorated with lush bedding and pillows. The size was perfect for my husband and I. Great location and walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops. San Fernando Cathedral, right across the street! For parking, I recommend using the lot on Flores. Not the one right behind the building as that is more expensive for overnight stays. It’s the lot right after that one about two blocks back from the apartment location....

It had all the basic ammenities to cook, make coffee, and restroom toiletries like shampoo etc. Our room had a great view of both parking lots, we personally used the gated and well-lit Alamo parking lot. We were driving a new vehicle so wanted to ensure a good, safe, and reliable parking space. We did take everything out of our vehicle just to be extra cautious. 'This little studio was perfect for my purposes. Small but spacious too, with the basics you need for a short stay. The neighboorhood is quiet and the house is located in a small circle that felt extra safe. Leo was very easy to communicate with and left some snacks and water, which was a welcoming touch (and livesaving after I returned from a concert starving).One small thing is the wifi is insanely slow. It wouldn't easily connect to the internet, and when it did, the connection was slow, which...
