'The staff was great, helpful and very friendly. The room was adequate, although there were the bare minimum of towels (2 towels, 2 washcloths, 1 bath mat and 1 hand towel). The parking was convenient and secure. We did end up turning on the AC and it worked great. Our room was missing a tv remote, and when we called down to the front desk they brought us another one and tested it to be sure it worked within minutes. 'Got there to check in and there’s a number on the door to call because the door is locked. Nobody answered the phone called it about 20 times and also called the phone at the desk multiple times there is no answer. We knocked on the door. 'Rooms smelled like mold and old carpet. the picture on Expedia Were more then likely taken by a professional or very very enhanced. The pool water was green wreaked of bleach .our bathrooms leaked water all night and it was pretty loud. my toilet seem to have black maybe mold around it. the only ice machine they had was broken. over all the smell of the room was very gross.'
