'The location and beach were absolutely 5-star and were the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself fell short of expectations. The staff was mediocre and not particularly attentive or welcoming. Even more disappointing was the cleanliness, which was well below acceptable standards. While the beautiful beach and convenient location are hard to beat, the hotel needs significant improvement in housekeeping and guest service.
