'If this location were anywhere else, it would only be a 4-star accommodation. However, this happens to have a beach as it's backyard, so the extra star is earned. I will say the property was very clean, check in was a breeze, and there was no noise or issues from the other guests. It was also an unexpected perk to have access to beach chairs and umbrellas. Unfortunately we found the beds pretty uncomfortable and there was evidence of a big water leak on the ceiling in the screened in porch....

'This was a great place to stay. Plenty of room to spread out and feel at home in. Condo was nicely updated and very clean. Check in process was simple. Communication was great. Nice location with easy highway access and proximity to Siesta Key and downtown Sarasota. Would stay here again. '

Our only suggestion might be a toaster and we didn’t care for the air fresheners and cleaning chemicals smell when we arrived, but we were able to air it out with fans and then it was fine.
