'This hotel was just perfect. Located on the 5th floor of an apartment building, this hotel was just simply perfect. The room had airconditioning which was appreciated given the Spanish heat. Check-in was simple and could be done remotely. They than give you an app, which controls all the locks (the building, the floor and your room) Location wise, just minutes walking from Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. In addition, metro and supermarket are at the corner of the street. Would recommend.'

'Apartment was ok. Aesthetics were nice enough but didn’t have things we needed.. like paper towels, detergent for washing machine, etc. only two hangers in the closet. Great coffee shop on the corner. But the playground a block away is overrun with gangs and drug dealers. We found an article about it and then witnessed it ourselves. Neighborhood did not feel safe. Would not come back with my family. '

'Logement impeccable et très bien situé. A 5 mn du musée Reina Sofia et a 10 mn du parc Retiro. La literie était Top Par contre, en termes de communication ça a très difficile. Nous avons dû passer par la plateforme Abritel pour connaître la procédure. Ensuite, arrivé à Madrid nous avons eu les informations très peu de temps avant de rejoindre le logement. Ça a généré beaucoup de stress. Vraiment dommage !'
