I'm normally not bothered when there are minor maintenance issues, things break, no biggie. 'Now I know why you don't allow for pictures. The neighborhood itself is dirty. Pulling up to the property, the first thing you see is an old hot tub leaning against the fence. The alley to the private driveway is littered with garbage & discarded furniture. The gate is not electronic nor does it lock. The screen door does not have a handle and the front handle didn’t lock (just the deadbolt).She did eventually fix the lock. The wifi was unreliable. The Casita was well furnished, but dirty. I...
