'Well kept unit, perfect for two couples and our dog. Two king size beds with private bathrooms. A short block walk and you’re in beautiful downtown Santa Fe. Our first visit to New Mexico, we were extremely impressed.'

'Our group rented two units which gave us (11 guests) 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The upper unit was large enough for us all to hang out and eat together. Both units were incredibly clean and you can't beat the location! If you are reading this review, please note that this place is strict on the parking (one vehicle per visit) so plan ahead. 'Check in was easy with directions for the code 24 hours prior. Well equipped kitchen, nice extras of firewood, starters and ice melt. No steps to get into home in one direction. Comfortable beds, pretty decor, easy to operate TV. We built a fire in the fireplace and needed more starter wood, the main office supplied those within minutes and even after hours when I left a message to check if the flu was open on the fireplace got an immediate response. 'We traveled to Santa Fe in January and there was a lot of snow, we arrived to shoveled stairs and and easy, safe entry. The apartment was warm and has a great view. The beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. We slept well. The shower in the hall has the hot and cold on it reversed. The tub is great for a warm soak after a chilly day out. 'We loved our stay at this beautiful property over Christmas break! It's a comfortable home with fantastic views. We loved building fires each evening, roasting s'mores and watching the sun set. We also had deer right outside the window! Easy access to Downtown Santa Fe, Ski Santa Fe and anything else your family may want to enjoy. The complex has nice walking trails and a great restaurant and cafe. Five stars!'

'We loved staying at the Zona Rosa! The manager was easy to reach, location was prime, and unit had everything we needed! Overall, we loved our stay. Check in & check out was seamless. The only suggestions I have for visitors coming in from out of town is: 1) Check the fireplace flue damper before starting a fire. Instructions posted said it was open, but the previous guest shut it, which resulted in the fire alarms sounding & some chaos. Issue was corrected the next morning my the on-site...

'Wonderful place to relax and enjoy Santa Fe! Hot tub was awesome! Very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Tough to park as access to parking is up a narrow alley and then a sharp turn into spot. Getting in and out is challenging for a Toyota Highlander!'

T.V. & fireplace were great & loved the big table for our games. Liked looking at the books. I couldn’t find the hair dryer and disappointed not to have coffee our first morning and had to go to the store to buy. Please have the key available for the back door lock just in case anyone would need to exit for emergency.'
