'Washington's Rye House was delightful. The home is well-maintained and is in an excellent location near Wallis Sands Beach. Beautiful mid-century decor with a modern kitchen. Portsmouth is a short drive. Loved our time in Rye.'

'The house was just as pictured. We loved the second floor deck for happy hour and views of the ocean. All conveniences were there. Beds were comfy; linens generous. Dining table was big enough for our family of seven.'

'We had a great time, they really maxed out and made the space flexible for visitors. We also had a large dog. Neighborhood was great and with the AC you really couldn’t hear traffic.You can fit six but I think five would make it most comfortable. '

'We where going deep sea fishing out of Hampton beach and stayed overnight to be closer as we had to be there for 6:30 am. The check in was very easy, the house was clean and had more then enough space for 6 adults. We spent the day at the beach and then went a d checked in, less then 20 minutes from beaches. We cleaned up and went into Newburyport which is a great town with a very nice walking strip full of shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a nice...

'Lovely house close to the beach. Plenty of room on the porch, living room and kitchen for the 5 of us to hang out and catch up. About 10 mins to Newburyport. Hard to find beach parking so on your day of checkout, if you’re wanting to go to the beach, make sure you get to the beach access (there’s one about a half mile away from the house heading back toward town) by 7:00 am and park your car there. It was already full by 10:00. There were some dead bugs on the porch but that’s to be expected...
