'We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak...

'Great location and house! Check in was easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Water pressure upstairs was a little low but there is a shower downstairs. Could use a towel stand in the upstairs bathroom. AC vents sound like a shower running when blowing. I found it to be great white noise. No TVs in the bedrooms if you need one to sleep. Great stay-would recommend it and stay again. '

'I stayed at this townhome for 5 nights in June, 2025. The place is 100 years old at least but the interior has been remodeled and is modern in all areas with central heat, AC, a very modern kitchen, combo washer/dryer and all sorts of amenities. I rarely used the kitchen but it has just about everything you could want. There are four levels which means there are a lot of stairs.
