'The Ada Hotel is a gem just outside of Grand Rapids. Everything in the hotel is beautifully curated…I had fun looking at all of the historic photos and prints of the original Ada Hotel in the 1800s. We had a delicious meal and cocktails in the lobby bar. The hotel is located in a mixed use development so shopping, services, and multiple restaurants only steps away. Make sure you have breakfast at MudPenny - beyond delicious. I look forward to booking my next stay at the Ada Hotel soon!'

'The parking lot had litter. The pool area was nice and the room was good. The breakfast area was not staffed for over 45 minutes. They were out of spray to operate the waffle machine for 3 days. There was only peanut butter as a spread.'

'I chose this motel for its location. It has a mini-fridge. Two HUGE bugs in the room's bathroom. Frightfully huge. My vanity sink dripped a TON and formed a lake on the room floor which took three towels on the floor the whole time to mop it up / to absorb it. My room's window did not open which was a detriment. LOTS of loitering guests (or RESIDENTS??).....rubbernecking. People drinking and doing drugs in the motel parking lot. Bed was very comfortable and was clean. RIGHT next to a gas...

'The room was dirty. There were stains and peeling on the walls and ceiling. There were rust stains in the sink and tub. The bed and bedding was stained. The bedding was cheap and flimsy. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. The furniture was cheap and every item had peeling veneer. The carpets were stained. The inside and outside of the entry doors were dirty.
