'They did not clean the room after the first night. In room dining was very bad. They served in a plastic bag. No Hilton standard at all.'

'The kiosk check in is beyond stupid. It took FOREVER. Almost a half hour just to check in. I’ve never stayed anywhere where this is the standard. There was somebody at the front desk the entire time. Why can’t a real person just check me it?'

'Airport shuttle was an added bonus. They even paid for cab ride when the shuttle got late. The front desk was very helpful and professional. The only downside was that the breakfast area is small and got very chaotic on weekend mornings. Wish they used paper plates rather than styofoam plates.'
