'The property is located in a very upscale area within a few steps away from the Inner Harbor East Water Taxi, Four Seasons Hotel, Marriott Hotel, Chanel, J Crew, Hagen Daaz, Anthropology and other high-end Businesses. Right next door you will find Sandbox virtual reality playing, and Starbucks. The free breakfast is very good and the service is exceptional. The one bedroom suite is quite large and homie.'

'Ice machine was not working on the 4th floor so when to 5th floor was not working so i went to 3rd floor it was working front desk receptionist when i came in nickol was awesome and very helpful but when i checked out younglady that check me out was ok but when i called to check and see if my money was returned to my card she was kind of rude and hung up the phone on me as if i was bothering her it sounded like the same person that check out other wise i enjoyed myself'

'Loved the location. In walking distance and the water taxi if running is just outside the hotel. Unfortunately, when I went the first it wasn’t running, found out it was due to weather 103 degrees. Extreme heat caused a lot of things to shut down. What didn’t work out so well was on arrival when we checked in our room must have had some work being done on it. In the bathroom the drain and grill to the shower was pulled out and laying on the floor next to toilet. There was dust from what probably...

'Great place to stay. The set up is gorgeous and very spacious for two people. Bathroom is huge. The kitchen area is well stocked.'

'It was a lovely place! Parking can be a little time consuming but otherwise great place. Very easy access to all kinds of restaurants and cafes! Very comfortable beds!'

'Location was the only plus being walkable to the inner harbor but the building and its facilities are dated and could be better maintained. That being said, the entire Baltimore harbor has deteriorated significantly. Dining and entertainment in the area a lot worse than when I lived in MD 15 years ago.'

'In a rough part of town. Literal feces on the ground just outside the hotel. Didn’t feel safe walking around. Possibly the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever “slept” in. Tossed and turned all night and woke up with hips and back hurting. I sleep on a typical coil spring mattress at home, not super finicky or anything. It was awful.'

'Spacious room. That’s about the only nice thing I can say! Breakfast was just alright. Parking was hard, there’s a valet and we were charged for like $60.'
