'Clean hotel, friendly staff'

'I actually liked the hotel. What I didn't like was the fact that you have to cross a busy traffic circle to get to and from the parking lot. I seems like the parking was an after thought. Otherwise, not bad, comfortable bed and plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.'

'The property was clean and well maintained. The room clean, sufficient. It was a small room with a king bed and a workspace behind the bed. Bug plus is the microwave and fridge in the room which is great because there are lots of food options nearby. Parking was great. Lots of spaces available. Unfortunately, the staff was underwhelming. No one greeted me or asked if I needed help. I just walked up and asked who I was supposed to go to and one of them reluctantly helped me.'

'Was told I’d have a ground floor room but when I checked in it was on the second floor. When we got to the room there was a big piece of broken glass on the table house keeping was actually in the room across from us she was excellent we examined the window it wasn’t broken and didn’t look like it had just been replaced. The floor didn’t seem to have any glass on it. Have no idea where it came from'

'Zwaar verwaarloosd verblijf, kakkerlakken die letterlijk over de muren kruipen, schimmels in de douche en "keuken", kapotte meubels, geen isolatie (wat bij -14 best tegenvalt). Dit is letterlijk het typische gore, goedkope motel waar in de films en series de junks en shady mensen verblijven. Het personeel was vriendelijk, that's it. Het was goedkoop, maar ik wil er nog niet dood gevonden worden.'

'Very good rooms. Good breakfast. A bit outdated, especially the bathrooms.'

'The staff was great!! They were pleasant and helpful and allowed me to check in early when I called. The hotel needs a serious facelift/remodel. We got a “corner pocket” room which felt cramped more than anything. Staff 10/10…. Hotel its self… 1/10…..'

'Mooie locatie en erg netjes. Heerlijk restaurant. '

'Very good'

'When In Baltimore I always stay there. Home away from home.'
