'Overall this was an absolutely excellent stay. The staff was very kind. The property was good. The pool was stunning and very well maintained. The rooms could use some maintenance. The extra bed for my teen daughter was more like a couch and the mattress was very hard. The food was good. The view was stunning. This is a party resort. 'Beautiful, spacious room looking out to Banderas Bay. Well maintained and well serviced. Great amenities - access to the beach, lots of restaurants/bars, gym, lots of pools to chose from. The food was great and the service was in the majority of cases, flawless and friendly. Only one slight issue with one restaurant waiter who took issue with us not tipping above the already included service charges and gratuities.
