'I have used VRBO over 20 times, 95% of my reviews are 4-5 star. This place was a BAD experience. No microwave so you must re-heat everything on the stove. Sleeps 9 people in beds and coffee maker makes 2.5 cups at a time. Upstairs shower does not drain. Door lock broke inside but there was a 2nd. Pull handle on door also broke. Owner left 2 towels for each of 3 bathrooms. She said if we wanted more we could go buy some. House shows no pride in ownership. Any thing that needed replacing was done...

'Beautiful property with an excellent view from the kitchen, pool and deck area. Well stocked kitchen and so cool its semi outdoors. Nice and close to everything in Sayulita. Greg was responsive and had clear welcome instructions for parking and getting into the unit. He was very nice to chat with too when we ran into him. We stayed here for a week and loved it! '
