'Excellent location, magical room, decor felt like when ‘Harry Potter meets da Vinci’, very clean, excellent breakfast with nice coffee to order. I had a question about a late check-in and communication was fast en pleasant. All in all: a hidden gem. Very recommended! '

'Personeel top en discreet, niets is teveel. Ontbijt is goed met meerdere opties zoals brood en/of yoghurt en verscheidene dolce's. Kamers waren stil en lekker warm ( je kan de temperatuur zelf regelen), badkamer ruim en modern genoeg. Het hotel ligt centraal, waardoor zowel het openbaar vervoer als winkels en musea op loopafstand liggen.'

'This is one of the best locations where we slept in Florence. It’s in the middle of the city, close to everything you would like to see or do. The appartement is in a small street and is a mix of old and new. Everything was perfect and the owners really think of every little thing. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this gem in this great city. '

'The Savoy is the quintessential hotel in Florence! Impeccable service, every detail, any possible need, is anticipated and met. The restaurant and bar are beautifully appointed and the food is sumptuous.

'This place went above and beyond my expectations. The staff is incredible. They have coffee and breakfast in the morning and even called a car very early in the am for the airport and somoene was at the desk and provided a "to go" breakfast. It was truly something special. The staff is really great they even offered suggestions for shopping and food. 'Location is super. Sadly, during our stay roadworks were going on on the front. We were so lucky to have a room at the back but other guests were not so lucky. I would go to this hotel again without hesitation.'

'We loved everything about this hotel! The stunning room, the beauty, the breakfast, the drinks, the spa & the kindness of every staff member we spoke to! Everyone went completely above and beyond to make sure our visit was the absolute best!
We have travelled quite a bit & I would honestly say this is one of, if not the, top hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The bed & the pillows are a great test of a good hotel, and believe me, they did not disappoint!

"Lekker hotel op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden en tussen leuke winkelstraatjes. Hotel was schoon, netjes, vriendelijke staf en zeer goed ontbijt. Kamer was goed geïsoleerd, geen rumoer van buiten. Airco en mooie badkamer. Voor herhaling vatbaar!!"
