We enjoyed our stay! Great location. Great views on both sides. The lift was easy and convenient, the beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. The apartment is large and was clean enough, but does need some TLC compared to the listing photos. Our group was quiet but larger group may annoy downstairs neighbor, just fyi. Overall we enjoyed it and loved the views and location.

We had a wonderful time and loved the apartment. It is located in central Florence close to everything, but also tucked into a quiet piazza. Comfortable beds and bedrooms and an amazing view from the terrace. You can access it via the small elevator, or walk up the 6 or 7 flights! One suggestion I would make is for owners to invest in a new sofa for the den area- existing furniture is not comfortable for sitting around. One more thing to mention is the tenant in apt below is very sensitive. We were very quiet our whole trip, just sleeping and walking to and from bathroom mainly- out of the house except for nights! The last morning, however, as we were preparing to leave, she came up and banged on our door telling us to quiet down. Just minor annoyance during what was otherwise an amazing stay!

The Apartment is in the perfect location within 5 or 10 minute to all major attractions and restaurants. The views both roof decks off the Kitchen and Bedroom are fantastic.Elevator was great with one flight of stairs to reach the unit. The washer was helpful after days in prior areas (no dryer as is typical in Italy but there were plenty of hangers, clothes pins and drying racks. Although we didn’t cook the kitchen is well equiped. Both bedrooms have a full bath.

Staging photos were exceptional, but the furnishing left a lot to be desired. There was no comfortable space to relax outside of the bedroom area and the sofa that was there was filthy, although appeared to have been cleaned. A little TLC and this place could be amazing, but I'm sorry to say not worth the amount I paid per night.

Stunning Views, Perfect Location, but Beware the Mosquitoes

This VRBO rental in Florence has a lot going for it, with absolutely stunning views and a fantastic location that makes exploring the city’s historic landmarks a breeze. It's very close to the Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Vecchio, and almost shouting distance to the Duomo. However, our stay was impacted by a serious mosquito problem. Despite keeping the windows closed, we woke up each morning with fresh bites on our faces and arms, which made it hard to fully enjoy our time there. We contacted the management company for help, and their only advice was to buy bug spray...not ideal. We did try to find some but it's much harder to find in Florence than I thought it would be. While the apartment’s location and views are undeniably excellent, the mosquito problem was a major drawback and something future guests should be aware of. Some basic pest control would go a long way toward making this rental more comfortable. I really loved this rental and would stay there again with a commitment to do something about the mosquitoes before we arrive.

Incredible place

The location couldn't have been better. Every point of interest was easily accessible from the apartment. Moreover, the apartment had unforgettable views of town hall and the Duomo. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend this place.

The location was superb, ee were extremely close to everything, but a bit away from the hustle and bustle of main streets. Check in and out was OK, Keys were accessible, wifi was OK. There was a very bad smell coming from the master bathroom. It would also have been good to have more towels. There were only 3 very small toilet paper rolls, and no paper towels in the kitchen.

Perfect location and stunning views!

We were 2 couples enjoying a family reunion in Florence. The location can’t be bettered in terms of access to all of the sights(literally on your doorstep), and the view from the terrace is outstanding! Stefania was an excellent communicator throughout. It didn’t spoil our stay, but the apartment is in urgent need of a bit of maintenance to ensure it lives up to its location.

Our Short Stay In Florence

Ciao Bella’s enjoyed a fabulous quick stay in Florence! The property was in a wonderful location not far from Train, Airport, shops and restaurants! I do have to caution travelers that it is required to send passports of all people staying and wish this would have been told to us beforehand in todays day and age of fraud we were a bit skeptical for last minute request, however realized it was a requirement and no funny business. Check in was a bit tedious and maybe it was a communication barrier as our flight arrived early, and we just wanted to drop our bags off while our place was being cleaned and we ended up having to wait outside for about an hour before allowed access. But overall a nice place in great location!

Extremely well-located for visiting principal attractions of Florence by foot. The apartment is well-represented on VRBO, but should be noted that it requires climbing a full flight of stairs to reach. The apartment is on the 7th floor. The elevator rises only to the 6th.

Great location but has flaws

The owners of the flat are great and you cannot beat the views of Duomo and Clock tower from the balcony buttttt the building is older and the neighbor underneath will repeatedly bang on their ceiling at any time due to your footfalls. There is black mold in the back bathroom and the front bedroom has a broken shutter making it difficult to keep windows open. You can’t beat the location and you can walk almost everywhere but you can find a better accommodation where you don’t have to buy body wash,shampoo and toilet paper.
