Ambrogio Apartment - Three Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 6

The apartment, recently renovated, is located in the Sant'Ambrogio district famous for its market and characterized by clubs and restaurants. All major points of interest are just a few minutes' walk away.
The apartment is on the first floor of a building in the heart of the historic center of Florence, consists of three double bedrooms (possibility of single beds), a spacious fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms with shower cubicles (one attached to the main room and one in the corridor). Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available.

Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit that will be used to meet their basic needs (toilet paper, soap and shampoo, etc.)
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic area.
Check-in is by appointment from 14:00 to 20:00, and for arrivals after 20:00, there is a surcharge.
Service restriction:
Air conditioning in Italy is governed by a regulation that provides for a minimum temperature of 20° and a maximum of 22°.
The allowed temperature values in our apartment are 19°C (+2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C.
Based on Decree No. 383 of 6/10/22 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period for turning on the plants for the City of Florence is allowed from November 8 to April 7, for a maximum of 11 hours a day.

Pay attention to the house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a fee of 50€ will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (From 22:00 to 08:00) a payment of 100€ will be required.
As per Italian law number 21472011 (art.40.1), the Italian police require us to communicate the identity of our guests. The informations that guests are required to share are: an identity document with a valid photo for expatriation and the address of residence .

To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one at a time. The house is equipped with a boiler, a simultaneous use of hot water could temporarily reduce its temperature.
The tourist tax of EUR 6.00 per person per night must be paid upon check-in.

City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
