Furnished in a modern and refined style, this apartment is a real jewel in the heart of Florence. Entering along the corridor to the left, you will find the first bedroom with 2 single beds, a spacious wardrobe closet and a large window that floods the entire room with natural light. On the other side of the corridor is a full bathroom with a shower and state-of-the-art sanitary ware.

Continuing, we enter the heart of the house, a living and dining area joined in open space, but ideally identified by a glass and metal furniture element that has the precise function of defining the rooms as well as enhancing their aesthetic value.

The designer furniture and the views of the Portico Palace make the whole living area pleasing to the eye and functional in terms of livability. In the living room there is also a practical double sofa bed that increases the capacity of The Tangerine arcade up to 8 people.

The kitchen is located in the corner on the building and enjoys two views of the porches, this space that also houses a large table with 6 seats, is fully equipped with the latest appliances capable of preparing dishes for all palates.

Following, is the hallway leads to the final part of the apartment that houses mainly the sleeping area. This area consists of 2 bedrooms and a laundry room that houses a handy sink, a state-of-the-art washer and dryer.

Next to the laundry room is a master bedroom overlooking the porches and equipped with a giant en-suite bathroom with a large shower and designer fixtures.
