Ariento 18 - Three Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 6

The apartment is located in the San Lorenzo district, known for its famous market — a lively area full of services and local character. The main attractions of the city, such as the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore (Duomo), the San Lorenzo Market, and the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella, are just a short walk away. The Santa Maria Novella Central Station is only 500 meters from the apartment.
The apartment is situated on the second floor (no elevator) of a typical Florentine building. It consists of three spacious double bedrooms, with the option to arrange them as double or twin beds, two shared bathrooms with showers, and a large living area featuring a lounge, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen.


Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).

The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. 

Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.

Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required  

As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature.

City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

BY BOOKING MY APARTMENT, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING RULES:
- According to the current legislation regarding anti-terrorism, I will ask you to show me the picture of your passport. I only need to register these information to the Public Safety Department for the Police check. It is mandatory for me, without those data, I won’t be able to arrange the check-in.
- Other possible guests have to be previously agreed with our staff;
- Parties are not allowed;
- Check-in time is from 2pm to 8pm. Late check-in is possible only upon availability and will be subject to an extra fee of 50 Euros until 10 pm, from 10 pm and midnight of 80 Euros, from midnight until 2 am of 100 Euros. Any check-in beyond 2 am will NOT be accepted;
- Check-out time is 10:00 am;
- Please be quiet after 11 pm and avoid to slam the doors;
- Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment;
- If anything breaks, please let us know. We will come to check it;
- Take care of your keys. In case of unreturned and or lost apartment keys, you will be charged 50 Euros for the replacement of the lock ( safety reasons);
- The apartment is situated in a limited traffic area (ZTL) reserved to residents, therefore you can’t park your car everywhere. The only way to enter the ZTL without getting fined and to park your car is to bring it in a private parking situated inside the Limited Traffic Area. Parking is possible in a garage (for an additional fee) very close to the apartment or outside the city center (cheaper) and then reach the apartment by bus.
