Cozy apartment, centrally located. Strategic location, a few steps from the San Lorenzo market and less than a five-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella station. Located on the fourth floor without lift of a typical Florentine building. 
The apartment consists of: 
- two bedrooms (one with a single and a half bed and one with a double bed, with the option of single beds) 
- a living area with equipped kitchenette and dining table 
- spacious bathroom with bathtub  
- bright habitable terrace with a view of the Duomo of Florence. 
Washing machine and wifi connection available for guests. 
Air conditioning present only in the living room. 
A set of towels and sheets available to each guest. 
The apartment is located on the fourth and top floor of a typical Florentine building, without a lift, and is therefore not suitable for guests with reduced mobility, as there are about 90 steps to climb. 
Located in a lively and dynamic neighborhood, full of services, restaurants and typical shops. 
The main attractions of the city can be easily reached on foot. 
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic area. You can park in a paid garage nearby.

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.

Una estancia para sentir

Estuvimos 2 noches y todo fue fenomenal. Llegamos antes de la hora y nos recibieron rapidamente y nos permitieron dejar nuestras cosas hasta q la casa estuviera limpia. Nos avisaron cuando estuvo lista. La comunicacion fue siempre Excelente. La persona que nos recibio de la agencia fue encantadora y nos dio buenos consejos para la estancia. Tuvieron la cortesia de dejar en la casa cafe azucar sal aceite agua y hasta una botella de vino en la nevera, tambien productos basicos para el aseo, la verdad se agradece, todo un detalle. La casa es muy cuca, centrica cerca de la estacion y de todas los lugares de interes. La terracita tambien es un lujo. Una casa con alma viajera, pensada para viajeros. Es un atico, con vista a la cupula de la catedral, esta junto al mercado central y la zona esta llena de bares y comercios. Una magnifica eleccion. Ha sido mi primera experiencia con vrbo y no sera la ultima.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the holiday apartment rental. Although the property representative was pleasant and communication was smooth, I found the furnishings to be of poor quality and uncomfortable. Additionally, the patio did not match its online depiction in terms of size, and instead of the advertised 4 flights of stairs, there were actually 7-8 flights. Unfortunately, due to my father's health condition, he had to book a separate hotel room after the first day because the number of stairs was too taxing for him. To make matters worse, the apartment was infested with mosquitoes, causing me to suffer numerous bites. I had an extreme reaction to these bites, experiencing impaired vision in my right eye and developing hot and sore lumps all over my body. The discomfort was unbearable, forcing me to stay indoors for nearly two days -the doctor gave me steroid cream to help with the swelling. As a result, I made the decision to book a hotel and departed after the second night since I simply couldn't sleep in those conditions. We burned a lot of money due to our experience.
