  • In the historic center of Florence, a vibrant neighborhood full of restaurants and artisans, we look forward to welcoming you to a comfortable, fully renovated apartment, functionally furnished for travelers from all over the world.
    Located on the 2nd floor of a typical building in Florence’s historic center without an elevator, the apartment boasts a very central location on a lively street, just a short walk from all the city’s main attractions and the Santa Maria Novella train station. The apartment is ideal for any type of trip, whether for leisure or business!
    The apartment has two double bedrooms as well as two sofa beds—one in the living room and one in one of the bedrooms—to accommodate up to 5 people (+ 1 extra bed).
    We have a full bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet, as well as a separate bathroom with a sink and toilet, and an additional shower in the entryway, where you’ll also find a convenient washing machine should you need it.

The apartment itself was nice and located close to the train station. It wasn’t cleaned very properly and they had us leave the visitor tax in cash and then had a mix up within their cleaning people and thought we didn’t leave it. I didn’t appreciate being questioned 3 days after checking out if I left the money.

Un apartamento muy limpio y cómodo, muy bien ubicado y cerca de todo. El único inconveniente es que al no tener ascensor, se suben bastantes gradas y si vas con personas de la tercera edad puede resultar algo complejo con la subida de maletas. Sin embargo, la relación precio calidad y la atención recibida por arte del anfitrión es excelente.
