Licht appartement, perfect voor onvergetelijke dagen in het prachtige Florence.
Gelegen in Porta Romana, de meest zuidelijke van de oude muren, een van de belangrijkste toegangswegen naar het historische centrum van Florence, op 800 meter van het Palazzo Pitti en op 1 km te voet van de Ponte Vecchio en het historische centrum, we zijn ook aan de voet van Piazzale Michelangelo: het balkon van Florence, met de prachtige laan van de heuvels, ideaal voor uw ontspanning en joggingactiviteiten en het Forte Belvedere.
Het huis, net buiten het gebied met beperkt verkeer, is gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de auto, vanaf de boulevards en ook vanaf de snelweg, met de mogelijkheid van parkeren of privégarage (vooraf reserveren).
De woonwijk wordt goed bediend, onder het huis vindt u alles wat u nodig heeft, bank, restaurants, pizzeria's, bars, apotheken, supermarkten, boetieks, taxi's, bushaltes en toeristenbussen van het type CitySightseeing.
We zijn heel dicht bij het stadscentrum en het treinstation.
Het appartement is rustig, licht en panoramisch, gelegen op de tweede verdieping, er zijn trappen te beklimmen, bestaande uit: hal, woonkamer met slaapbank en eethoek, keuken, uitgerust met koelkast, inductie kookplaat, oven, vaatwasser, oven magnetron, waterkoker, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, wasmachine.
Twee kingsize slaapkamers met tweepersoonsbed, elk met een eigen badkamer. De twee slaapgedeeltes zijn volledig gescheiden door deuren en bieden totale privacy.

Airconditioning, gratis Wi-Fi, tv met digitale terrestrische.
Het huis staat volledig tot uw beschikking, in overeenstemming met de regels, compleet met alle comfort en uitrusting, ideaal voor koppels of gezinnen met kinderen:

Compleet, schoon, mooi, kortom geweldig appartement net buiten het stadscentrum. Leuke winkeltjes en restaurantjes in de buurt en het stadscentrum is bereikbaar na een kwartiertje flink doorstappen. Prima plek om te verblijven.

Well appointed as restaurants, shops, coffee, and market all in walking distance situated amongst the locals . Historical canter is a 30 min leisure walk and felt touristy in comparison. Very comfortable stay here. Would definitely recommend .

This is a beautiful and comfortable property. Highly recommended. One of the best restaurants we went to during a three week Europe trip was does down from the property. I highly recommend this place. It was super clean, in a great location since we didn't want to stay in the middle of the city center. The host was very kind and even helped us secure a parking garage for our rental car. I couldn't have been more pleased and appreciative of her help!

The home was very nice and clean. Patrizia and Stefano were very welcoming when we arrived and easy to communicate with before and after checkin. The area is nice and quiet compared to the busy city centre, which is about 20 minutes walk away. The beds were comfortable. There’s lots of good cafés and bars nearby, one we really enjoyed, and that is along the walk towards the city centre is Pitti Express. Overall a great stay!

We were met by the owner when we arrived, who explained everything that we needed to know about the apartment and area, shops and restaurants. The apartment was beautifully remodeled with modern bathrooms and kitchen. Two large beds with plenty of closet space in both bedrooms.. Whenever we reached out, the owners were quick to respond and gave us lots of help. The apartment was just south of the main tourist area,( Porto Romana ), which was nice to get away from the crowds . 3 really nice restaurants within a block of the apartment with delicious food and service. 2 gelato and pastries shops also. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who would be staying in the Florence area.

This home provided the perfect place for our group of four to stay while we spent a week exploring Florence. The apartment was comfortably furnished, clean and well-equipped. We walked easily into the city each day - about 30 mins and quite safe (you must cross a traffic circle, but there are crosswalks - and traffic always stopped for us). This home allowed us to spend time together in a cozy environment just outside of the busy city, without feeling as though we were too far from anything. There are restaurants, a bank, cafe bar, gelato, etc steps from the apartment as well. Our hosts were very accommodating and responsive. They helped make our experience pleasant and memorable.

Patrizia and Stefano are wonderful hosts. Smooth communication, very helpful in every way. They even kept a parking spot for us available on the street upon our arrival!We stayed there over Christmas, they were so thoughtful and even had a Christmas tablecloth and Christmas decorations.The apartment is very clean and offers all the comfort to stay and explore Florence. You can easily walk to the old city.Supermarket is closeby and the kitchen is fully equipped.We definitely would come back and stay at Patrizia and Stefano’s place again!Thank you!

It was so nice to arrive and see the friendly waves and smiling faces of Patrizia and Stefano welcoming us. What a perfect place to use as home base to share the beautiful city of Firenze with our daughter and her husband. This is a perfect location to stay to get into the old town and all the must see locations yet just far enough away to have a bit of quiet and not far from a beautiful walk into a residential park area. Great restaurants right on the same street. Easy access to public transportation. Comfortable beds! And the host met us at the apartment and showed us around. Almost unheard these days. And a good bottle of wine to go with our eat in pizza first night meal. 10/10 Miles pizza is great.

The hosts , Patrizia and Stefano greeted us upon our arrival , explained ins and outs of apt., area etc and how to contact them if we needed anything. Provided suggestions on dining. The apt is in a good location within reasonable walking distance to most sites and city central.It was spacious , clean and beds very comfortable. Kitchen well supplied and even left a complimentary bottle of wine which is a nice touch for a visit to Florence.The shower is quite small so may be difficult for a larger person but we found this to be the case in other accommodations here as well. They also have heat pumps which I imagine would be key in the summer months.The city is beautiful and so much history and things to experience. The food is delicious .. we loved the thin crust pizza and there is a cafe or quaint restaurant on every corner.. we found those in the tourist business in particular to be very friendly and helpful and almost everyone spoke English quite well because sadly, our Italian was limited to a few words. We had a wonderful visit and would highly recommend Patrizia and Stafano’s place.

Stefano and Patricia did a very nice job of welcoming us and making sure we knew what was nearby and how to get around. This rental is wonderful if you like to walk. We took the bus up to Piazza Michaelangelo and walked back. Boboli Gardens, just down the street was delightful. there were so many good restaurants nearby. It was nice to be a little bit away from the very busy heart of Florence.

Sehr sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung mit 2 Badezimmer, was sehr angenehm war. Gut isolierte Fenster, dadurch war es kein Problem, dass die Wohnung an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt. Sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und super eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man für einen Aufenthalt in Florenz braucht. Bis zur Ponte Vecchio sind es zu Fuß nur 20 Minuten. Sehr netter Vermieter.
