Groot appartement met uitzicht op de Ponte Vecchio en de Galleria degli Uffizi, gelegen op de eerste verdieping van een gebouw met lift in de centrale Via Bardi in Florence. Een fantastische locatie in het hart van de stad op een steenworp afstand van alle belangrijke monumenten en musea en daarbuiten; het duurt 5 minuten om de Duomo, de Boboli-tuinen en de Uffizi te bereiken.

Dit is een groot huis (150 vierkante meter) met 3 tweepersoonsslaapkamers en drie badkamers, gelegen op een perfecte locatie om het historische centrum van de stad te bezoeken. Amazing Location, Poorly Maintained Property…We were really looking forward to our stay because the location is absolutely amazing — close to everything and in a beautiful area. Unfortunately, the property itself was a huge letdown.The unit was filthy upon arrival. Mold was visible in the bathroom sinks, and the shower drains were clogged and draining very slowly. There was dust and cobwebs hanging from the chandelier, and a concerning black substance was visible on the air vents. The walls were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or painted in years. To top it all off, one of the bedrooms was leaking water through the wall — completely unacceptable.We documented everything with photos. It’s clear that this property is being neglected. If someone has hired you as a management company to oversee it, I would be extremely disappointed in your services.With some care and attention, this place could be great — but as it stands, I cannot recommend staying here.

Perfect location with an amazing view!

We loved our time in Firenze and certainly appreciated the extraordinary location of this property. The views over the Arno were breathtaking and the ease with which we could walk to so many parts of this beautiful city made the location perfect for our family. Situated across from the Uffizi, 10 minute walk to the Duomo and not much further to the Accademia, 20 minute walk to Santa Maria Novella and close to so many wonderful restaurants, cafes, etc. Beds were super comfortable, the apartment was immaculately clean. Only suggestions would be to update the living room furnishings (rug and pillows were tired) and to add a few details like a coffee machine and hooks for towels in the bathrooms. Otherwise, perfect! We would definitely return!

Fantastic Apartment - Unbelievable location!

The location is perfect – you will not find a better view in Florence. The apartment has large windows offering unforgettable views of the Arno River and Ponte Vecchio. The location offers easy access to restaurants, shops, and everything Florence has to offer. We were there in May with perfect weather…we opened up the two HUGE windows every night to take in the ambiance of Ponte Vecchio! The apartment looks exactly as pictured and check-in / check-out were seamless. I would highly recommend!

Location is Not Everything

This property has a great location. Right on the arno river overlooking the ponte vecchio but the apartment is dirty. The furniture in the living room is disgusting. The sofa pillows are dirty and super worn. The bathrooms are bare - there is not even a place to put your soap in the shower. The bed had a bare duvet without a cover. the pillow did not have a pillow case. Nothing has been done to maintain the apartment, which is very sad since it has such a great location and it is a huge and very nice apartment. Sadly it is just not well maintained. The pictures are of when the property was originally listed. They are not an accurate depiction of the condition of the apartment.

Perfect Location, Great Host

Our stay in Florence was short. However, the Luxury Blue River was quite comfortable for our party of three and the locaton was fantastic. The apartment overlooks the river and is directly across from the Uffizi Gallery and we truly enjoyed the view. Also, our host Erica was kind, responsive, and made check in very easy. Plus, she provided restaurant recommendations from pizza to places serving favorite local dishes.

Beautiful property in an ideal location

Loved the property. The view was phenomenal. The full wall of windows towards the river and bridge were awesome and increased the feeling of outdoor / indoor living. We spent all of our time exploring the city so didn't spend much time in the unit but it was beautiful, open, airy, and clean. Unit location is ideal base for exploring. We walked nearly every where we wanted to go. Only negative is the owner insisted upon entering the property the second day we were there even though we asked him/her not to. Stated that there was some repair or another they had to do. We didn't appreciate the intrusion and didn't see a repair that was completed upon their departure. We had to pay some sort of tax upon check-in via credit card - they said it wasn't part of the VRBO payment we already made. While it wasn't very much, it was odd. Even with these inconveniences, the unit was beautiful and well worth it. Hand soup dispensers don't work in any of the bathrooms.

Oh my goodness! The location was spectacular. Just my daughter and me, but what’s a location. Walking distance to so many things. Sunset on the river and grocery store across the street. Also Best gelato place is also there!! Would definitely stay here again!

An amazing location with a beautiful view. The A/C works so well that I was cold when sleeping. Plenty of hot water while showering as well. A great food grocery store across the street. If you plan to cook be aware there is nothing left behind from prior guests. Not even salt and pepper.

This apartment is in a superb location and it’s very spacious. The hosts are extremely nice and accommodating! The white sofa is stained so it really should be replaced to make the living space more inviting. Also, the bedding on the beds is really thin and the extra duvet insert provided was dirty. This place could be A+++ with more luxurious bedding and updated living room furniture.

This apartment has it all- it is perfectly situated at the edge of the Ponte Vecchio and near everything you need! It has fabulous views of the Arno, enough room and bathrooms for 6 people and well taken care of. This is the 2nd time I stayed here. Unbelievable condo in an unbeatable location

One of the most impressive properties I’ve visited. The massive windows open easily to the river and Ponte Vecchio. Easily walkable to all the main attractions in Florence, but still a bit less crowded than the area north of the River. The property manager was very responsive, check-in was seamless, and the place was exceptionally clean. Would absolutely recommend this spacious apartment for other groups!
