Het appartement is gelegen aan de oevers van de rivier de Arno en heeft een magisch terras met uitzicht op de Ponte Vecchio met het beste uitzicht op de stad, perfect voor romantische avonden waar men de betoverende zonsondergang kan meemaken. Een chique appartement met rust, stilte en rust in het historische centrum van Oltrano. Op loopafstand van alle toeristische attracties. De Ponte Vecchio, Uffici, Duomo en Palazza Piti liggen voor de deur van dit appartement. De beste locatie om te verblijven wanneer in Florence. Je hebt de beste bars, restaurants en supermarkten voor de deur.

Fantastic location and host

My husband and I loved staying at this property for its location in the Oltrarno neighborhood. There are a wide variety of amazing restaurants here and the popular attractions are within easy walking distance across the river. The apartment had everything we needed and the view is even better than the pictures! We communicated easily with our host and her recommendations in the area were very much appreciated. We even enjoyed walking up the beautiful stairs instead of using the elevator.

Perfect Location

The location was wonderful for everything we did in Florence. The apartment was spacious and the terrace view unbelievable. Many restaurants in this area. Our host , Marusca , was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our 7th time in Florence.

What a view!

Check in was easy, host met us and gave us recommendations for food.. The place had an amazing view. Second only to our place in Santorini. Shopping and restaurants were extremely close. We found a wonderful place called Toto’s which was just over the bridge, and was a family owned place that hosted a lot of locals, so you know it’s good. And the prices were amazing. The water pressure in the shower was decent and it was nice having a kitchen and washer, although we didn’t end up using much other than the refrigerator, as why would you go to Italy just to cook your own food? Ha ha Again the view was absolutely amazing. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and I would recommend this listing to anyone looking for an amazing place in a beautiful city.

The great beauty

It's true. This is a magical terrace, where it is difficult to drag your self away from even though magical Florence awaits just downstairs. Fantastic from start to finish. Excellent communication with Marusca. Love her energy and passion.Everything you could need is there. Apartment close to everything for easy walking and major supermarket 2 mins walk from apartment. Amazing stay!

Absolutely loved staying in this wonderful home. Communication was great, easy check in and check out. Bed and pillows super comfortable. Many thoughtful amenities. Having a washer was great for a week stay. Location couldn’t be better for all Florence has to offer. The balcony was the best place for morning tea and evening wine listening to the wonderful melodies coming from the musicians on the Ponte Vecchio. It was a quiet, cozy & relaxing place to return to after exploring Florence, highly recommend it and hope to return in the future!

Beautiful Stay

This was a perfect location for walking to restaurants, sites, and shopping. The beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was included. The only downfall was the street musicians played on the bridges until around 10:00pm and it was pretty loud. Otherwise it was perfect. We really loved the balcony! The river view was spectacular! Marusca was very welcoming and responsive.

Exquisite in Florence

Our stay in this lovely flat was fantastic. Our host was gracious, kind, and communicative, while the flat was clean and well appointed. Of cource, our favorite part was the beautiful terrace overlooking the River Arno and Ponte Vecchio. We enjoyed the beautiful landscape, watching the river from our glorious perch while listening to tlive music floating up from the bridges below. It was also nice to have accommodations in such a convenient location that allowed us to take a break after a morning of sightseeing before venturing out for further explorations in the afternoon. It was perfect!

This apartment has everything you could possibly need—it’s close to everything with lots of space, storage, and amenities. And the terrace!
