Central location, spacious apartment ideal for couples, families or groups of friends. It can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Equipped with two double bedrooms (with optional single beds available), large dining area and equipped kitchenette.
The apartment features a private bathroom with shower (and washing machine), a relaxation area with sofas which is accessed via an internal staircase.                                                                    All the rooms have characteristic wooden ceilings.
From the living room you have access to a small private courtyard. Your apartment is located a few meters from the Duomo of Florence and near the beautiful Piazza Santa Croce with its famous Basilica and its lively neighborhood full of small stores, pubs and trattorias. 
Also nearby is the ancient Teatro de La Pergola and the area of Sant'Ambrogio, where a colorful market is held during the day.

Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged. . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
