Bright and cozy apartment, centrally located. Strategic location, behind Piazza Duomo, within walking distance of major tourist attractions.   Located on the third floor without elevator of a typical historic building.   The apartment consists of: two double bedrooms, a bright living area, a bathroom with bathtub and a kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes and utensils.   Washing machine and wifi connection available to guests.   Air conditioning present in the living room and in one of the two bedrooms.   A set of towels and bed linen available to each guest.  The apartment is on the third floor of a typical Florentine edifice, which does not have an elevator, so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.  Located in lively and dynamic neighborhood, full of services, restaurants and typical shops.  You can walk to the city's main attractions.
The apartment is located in a pedestrian area, not accessible by car.  It is recommended to park in a paid garage nearby.

Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged.. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
