Charming Balcony Studio in Florence Near the City Center

The apartment is located in a safe and prestigious neighborhood (Porta Romana) on the first floor of a historic building and overlooks an elegant courtyard. Just a short walk away, you’ll find restaurants, pizzerias, bars, a pharmacy, laundromats, and more. It is only 30 meters from the bus stop, from which you can reach the city center and the Santa Maria Novella train station in about 15–20 minutes. Electric bikes are available for rent. Piazzale Michelangelo (a must-see at sunset) is within walking distance.

The Space
From the private balcony, furnished with a small table and chairs, you have direct access to a small bedroom furnished with a large double bed (with storage), a closet, a Smart TV (with Netflix), and a table/desk with two chairs that can be used for both meals and study or work. The bedroom opens onto a hallway featuring a niche equipped with an induction cooktop, a mini-fridge, and a microwave. The apartment is completed by a small bathroom with a window (accessible from the aforementioned hallway) that does not have a bidet but features a comfortable and spacious shower.

Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of the accommodation. The accommodation consists of the room with the bed and table; the bathroom; the small hallway where the niche equipped with a hot plate, minibar, and microwave is located; and the balcony. Smoking is permitted on the balcony

Other things to keep in mind
Upon arrival, each guest must provide a valid ID, which must be forwarded to the police headquarters. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Guests who smoke may do so on the private balcony, which is equipped with a small table and chairs. The apartment is completely self-contained but was created by separating it from another residence via an interior door. For this reason, you may hear noise coming from the adjacent residence.PGJyPgPGJyPgGuests of all nationalities, religious beliefs, genders, and sexual orientations are welcome.
