The front desk was hit or miss, with little communication among them (the taxi we'd asked to be available wasn't ordered). Also spotty outages of internet and hot/cold water. Our room hadn't been vacuumed before our arrival, or at all during our 7 day stay.'

'I was honestly very shocked with this hotel. Most of the reviews that I read were pretty good. We stayed here for one night after visiting our daughter in college and the room smelt awful like it was a smoking room at one time, and though it is not now, it still smelt bad. The toilet bowl was loose on the ground, so if you were sitting on it and maneuvered your body the wrong way, at all it would potentially tip over. The rooms look like they were remodeled, but the smell took away from the work...
