'The picture is of the front building & the apartment is in the back of it. So it isn't a street view but it is nice and quiet being in the back building. It is behind a hooka lounge so they can be a little noisey at night. Other than that, i felt safe, it was clean, the host was amazing at communicating and with instructions. 'We were a family of five so there was lots of space for us. It was nice to stay up a bit later and have kids go to sleep in the bedroom. Host’s communication was excellent. Check in was fairly easy. The entry to the building and stairwell were very underwhelming and you have to carry luggage up two flights of stairs. The unit was as it is described and is older. Some of the trim needs to be painted or replaced. Mixed area nearby with a rec centre and lots of coffee shops and delis.'

'The place was in very bad condition. It is an old apartment that needs update, cockroaches, running in the kitchen and the bathroom. Bathroom, caulking, mold everywhere It is not something that I will rent again'

'The apartment was very clean and great for 2 people. The evenings were very quiet which was great for sleeping. The apartment has a mini split which was great to cool the space really quickly since we were here during a warmer weekend. It is very close to Javits and is an excellent option for people attending tradeshows. The only negative was the water pressure in the shower was very low. But the apartment had everything that could be needed like hair dryer and washer/dryer.'
