'Communication was spectacular. The beds were comfy, hose was nice and clean. Pool was lovely. Plenty of kitchen stuff. We bbqed 2 nights. Very delightful home. Nade even better by the owner/manager. Hope to rent again'

Goat Rock beach is steps away as is the mouth of the Russian River where there is a small "island" (that sits just where the river and Pacific merge) that is a fulltime hangout for a colony of seals. 'Stay was great! The place is clean and spacious and we were able to make great use of the pool and hot tub. The only minor qualm I had was that when I asked Dan if we could check in an hour or two early, he said “yes, early check in might work” and then the day of reminded me to strictly adhere to the original check in time. However, obviously this was mostly a non issue and the stay was an excellent time nonetheless. Would DEFINITELY recommend this VRBO. '

'This is a great place for a romantic getaway. The view, the hot tub, the fireplace all make for a wonderful trip. The layout is interesting so little to no privacy if you bring little ones with you, but its great for a couple to escape to.'

'Fantastic house loved the layout. Perfect for our son and family of four, and donating with our three dogs. Beautiful morning’s drinking coffee on the deck looking out at the river and redwoods. The view was breath-takingly stunning, and we were lucky enough to utilize the pool because the weather was so lovely. The hot tub was wonderful, and we used it several times.
